1)Established in accordance with the law, and able to independently assume legal  responsibility; the scope of business does not include items that affect the fairness of testings

依法成立，并能独立承担法律责任；经营范围不包含影响检验检测公正性的项目；

2)Comply with relevant national laws and regulations, observe the principles of objective independence, fairness and honesty, abide by professional ethics, and assume social responsibilities;

遵守国家相关法律法规的规定，遵守客观独立、公平公正、诚实原则，恪守职业道 德，承 担社会责任；

3)Establish fair and just testing procedures, as a third-party testing agency, carry out testing in an objective, independent, fair, just, honest and trustworthy manner;

建立公平公正的检测程序，作为第三方检测机构，客观独立、公平公正、诚实守信 地开 展检测工作；

4)We will not be affected by any form of intervention or interference, including commercial and financial impacts. We will provide fair, equitable, scientific and professional services for all customers’ testing.

不被任何形式的干预、干扰影响检测，包括来自商业、财政方面的影响，对所有客 户的 检测，均提供公平公正、科学专业的服务；  

5)All personnel have signed an "Declaration Of Independence, Impartiality Free,   Conflict Of Interest Confidentiality & Anti-Bribery" with the company to keep confidential all customer confidential information and data, data, test results, etc. obtained during the company's activities

所有人员都与公司签订《独立、公正、无利益冲突、保密与反贿赂协议》, 对公司 活动 期间获得的所有客户机密信息及资料、数据、检测结果等保密。

6)Do not participate in any destructive testing independence and testing integrity activities.

不参加任何有损检测独立性和检验检测诚信度的活动。
